Jason is the creator of Lightspeed Enterprise, the CI/CD platform used at Citi. A Developer by trade, he worked on real-time electronic trading systems for over 15 years before realising his true passion lay in optimising the way we to create and deliver software.
As a 25 year veteran of Citi, he has seen many changes. Among the most profound has been an ever increasing focus on supply-chain security and compliance across the SDLC; the realisation that developer productivity is critical to business success; and a steady move towards DevOps and CI/CD to address these apparently conflicting goals.
