A Developer by trade, Jason worked on real-time electronic trading systems for over 15 years before realising his true passion lay in optimising both systems and the processes we use to create and deliver them. As a 25 year veteran of Citi, Jason has seen many changes. Among the most profound has been an ever increasing focus on security and compliance across the SDLC; a realisation that developer productivity is critical to business success; and a steady move towards DevOps and CICD to address these apparently conflicting goals.
