He has worked across various industries, including Telecommunications, SaaS, Transport, and Utilities, gaining a well-rounded perspective by working for both vendors and service providers. Benjamin R Chiro(Ben) has a proven track record of implementing SRE and DevOps practices from scratch in multiple organizations across Africa and Europe, including Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 Index companies. He has successfully designed and built resilient, scalable, and automated cloud infrastructure that enhances both Developer Experience (DX) and Customer Experience (CX). His expertise includes Cloud-Native Technologies, Observability, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD Pipelines, Microservices, and Containerization of Multi-Tier Applications, all driven by DevOps and SRE best practices.
